Stone Rotunda
Architectural Features > Follies & Garden Features
A magnificent stone rotunda. This piece was originally a Victorian disguise for water extraction on a private estate in Hampshire. It is presently dismantled and the local authorities tried to prevent removal by obtaining listed status on the building. The process failed and it is now available.
Constructed of Purbeck Limestone in very good condition with wonderful patination.
There is no roof structure at present; however quotes can be obtained to construct a roof of either lead or copper.
